Weight loss program is very important for people with more weight. Being overweight is a lot of fat in the body. If being overweight is not treated immediately it will have a bad effect and can even lead to someone’s death. Therefore immediately lose your weight if you have excess weight. Foods that contain lots of cholesterol will cause our bodies to overload cholesterol, this can cause cholesterol in our blood to be high.
If our cholesterol is high and not treated immediately, there will be a buildup of plaque in the blood vessels. In a long time, there will be a blockage of the arteries. This is the most feared by many people. If the blockage of the arteries goes to the heart, then the person will get coronary heart disease.
If the blockage of the arteries leads to the brain, then the person will get a stroke. Hopefully, we all avoid these two diseases, coronary heart disease, and stroke.
The cause of High Cholesterol in the Body
Many people ask how I lost weight, how to lose weight, how to lose weight fast. Actually there is no instant way to lose weight. All need processes and struggles, strong intentions and costs. - Family lineage. If there are family members who have a history of high cholesterol, then you have a high chance of suffering from high cholesterol.
My Weight Loss Program using this method, no breakfast
I have succeeded to lose weight from 84 kilograms to 64 kilograms. I lost 14 kilograms of weight. The process of losing weight that I did took a long time, three years or more. The process that I do is a natural diet, which is without medicines. I only balance the calories in and calories out. The point is that calories in must be less than calories out.
When I’m fat, in one day I eat three times, breakfast, lunch and dinner. By eating three times a day my body turns fat. My movement began to slow down because of my fat body. Finally, I decided to go on a diet. I reduce my calorie intake every day. To reduce calorie intake into the body, I don’t breakfast.
Maybe some people will ask, is it strong to do activities if you don’t have breakfast? Based on my experience, without breakfast, I was able to carry out activities until noon. I need to tell you, my activities in the morning will burn fat deposits in the body. So little by little, the fat in the body will decrease. Do it every day and you will see satisfying results, your weight will be ideal. This is my weight loss program.
Other Weight Loss Program if you are regular breakfast
If you have breakfast every morning and can’t without breakfast, I have another choice. The point is that calories in must be less than calories out. This is it. When you have breakfast, reduce the number of calories to half. If you ate one plate yesterday, try breakfast now half a plate. When lunch, reduce the amount to half as well. Likewise, at dinner, the amount is reduced to just half. In this way as a whole, the amount of calorie intake is reduced.
I have given you two ways to lose weight; The first is without breakfast and the second is to reduce the amount of food every meal hour. You can make other choices that match your abilities. Breakfast-free choices can be made if you are a worker who does not need much energy in the morning. The second choice can be made if you are a type of worker who needs moderate energy, not a little and not much.
